Banana Woopies

These little gems are easy to make and as long as you don’t eat the entire batch it is a lovely little snack.

Take one medium banana and cut it into slices. Spread organic peanut butter (no sugar or salt added) between two slices and dip in melted semi sweet chocolate. Mmmm, so good!

Yeilds about 8 little sanny’s for 4. Each one is 8.8g net carbs and 2.6g of protein. Remember….a treat not a meal 😉
