Grilled Vegetable Frittata with Salmon Sausage

I love breakfast and I also love breakfast for dinner. This Frittata is a nice twist on a boring omelet and instead of regular breakfast I used salmon sausage. I found the salmon sausage at my local grocery store but it you are unable to find them breakfast sausage, Italian sausage or even vegetarian sausage will work just as well.
