BBQ season is coming which means more time outside with friends and family. It means the cold weather is finally behind us , yay!!!!!
We love to BBQ in our house. It is a great way to keep the mess out of the kitchen and still allow a tonne of creativity and variety. Throw together a delicious salad to accompany any grilled item whether it is meat or vegetarian items such as organic vegetables or nice large chunks of marinated extra firm tofu.
These steak and mushroom kebabs were super easy and the marinade only took a few minutes to whip up. I used seedy Dijon but you can use regular creamy Dijon or even regular yellow mustard if you like. Heck, you may even want to use some spicy hot mustard if you are feeling adventurous!
