  1. Cook chicken breast till lightly brown on the outside and remove from pressure cooker. Chicken will still be pink inside but don’t worry it will cook up beautifully once brought to pressure.
  2. Add sausage to pressure cooker and cook till almost cooked through. Remove from pressure cooker and slice. Add chicken back to cooker.
  3. Chop vegetables and add to pot along with salsa, tomato paste and spices.
  4. Close pressure cooker and bring to pressure.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes and release pressure by running under cold water. Serve hot with your favourite low carb side. Enjoy!!
