Low Carb Dark Chocolate Chip Muffins
These delicious little muffins are only 3g net carbs per two muffins. They are especially good warm right out of the oven with a pat of butter melting all over them. YUM!

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 deg
  2. Prepare muffin pan using 12 muffin cup liners or grease the bottoms of each cup.
  3. Stir all ingredients except the chocolate chips till incorporated but do not over stir.
  4. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Spoon batter into each prepared cup and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!!
