Rutabaga Fries

These fries are so yummy with a very mild flavour. Homemade oven potato fries have 30g net carbs per cup and these fries have only 4.5g net carbs and only 1 Weight Watchers point. Need we say more? Pair it with our Garlic Aioli sauce and I guarantee everyone will be back for more!

  1. Peel and cut rutabaga into fry strips. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. In a large bowl drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with spices and mix to coat.
  3. Place fries on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven for 35-45 minutes till light brown.
  4. Serve hot with Garlic Aioli sauce or ketchup.
