peppereggI made this super easy breakfast for my family on family day. Easy enough for the little ones to help with and economical. Its a great way to get your kids to eat some veggies.

  1. Place rings in hot frying pan and crack eggs into center of rings.
  2. Cook for 3 minutes and flip for over easy.
  3. Cook on second side to desired yolk consistency. Season as desired.
