Tomato and Basil Summer Salad Recipe

- 4 tomatoes coarsley chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion coarsley sliced
- 1/3 cup basil coarsley chopped
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 lime juiced
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Chop tomato, red onion and basil and put into a bowl.
- Pour over vinegar and lime juice and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for atleast 1/2 hour before serving and serve chilled.
