I usually do my workouts in the gym at work but sc I usually do my workouts in the gym at work but school is closed for March break so home workouts it is!!! I can easily modify my routines from gym to home but running on the treadmill isn't an option since I don't have one. Instead,  I'll do a few high energy online cardio classes or maybe a run outside!? I already did a 15km walk for coffee this morning so lots of steps already in the books!!!

The glutes main function is hip extension which we need for running, jumping and climbing steps. Those glorious glutes are capable of great explosive strength so work that booty!!!!

Working out after work is such a good release for Working out after work is such a good release for me. I put on some music and just dive into my own world for a while. Working out also helps me keep my back healthy and anyone who has back issues knows how much back pain can be debilitating and make your life so much harder. Consider working out as your preventative medicine. If your new to working out make sure you go low and slow. It's not a competition. Happy Hump Day everyone!
