Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli chopped, cooked and chilled
- 1/4 cup sour cream reduced-fat
- 1 to 2 tbsp onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise fat-free
- 2 to 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp chili powder
- tortilla chips or fresh vegetables
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the first six ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Refrigerate for several hours. Serve with vegetables or tortilla chips
