These refreshing little gems make a nice appetizer or a high protein post work out snack. Make sure your strawberries are not too ripe other wise they will be impossible to handel.

I hollowed out 4-6 strawberries and mix the “guts” in with 1/4 block of regular cream cheese, 1/4 tsp of vanilla and 1/2 tsp of clover organic honey then dipped the ends in chopped nuts. You could also dip them in melted chocolate or coconut.

For one large stuffed strawberry there is about 2.9g of carbs, 6.1g of fat and 5.9g protein. Mmmmm so good!
