  1. Peel and cut rutabaga into fry strips. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. In a large bowl drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with spices and mix to coat.
  3. Place fries on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven for 35-45 minutes till light brown.
  4. Serve hot with Garlic Aioli sauce or ketchup.
