Ingredients
- 1 rutabaga peeled and cut into french fry strips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp chili powder
Instructions
- Peel and cut rutabaga into fry strips. Preheat oven to 425.
- In a large bowl drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with spices and mix to coat.
- Place fries on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven for 35-45 minutes till light brown.
- Serve hot with Garlic Aioli sauce or ketchup.
