Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper ground
- 1/2 tsp xanthum gum for thickening (optional)
Instructions
- Mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, xanthum gum and pepper in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving
