This pie is awesome, very flavourful and satisfying! The key to keeping the carbs down in this recipe is using the Mission Carb Balance tortillas. If you choose to use traditional tortillas the carb count will go up an fibre and protein will go down.
Although the carbs seem high, the net carbs are 39g and the protein is super high almost balancing the carbs at 33.6g. Tips: Prebake the tortillas so they don’t get mushy.
